Home sites are sunk back into 40 forested acres, away from the worries and noise of the everyday world.

The sites are located in pristine woods, bordered by Nature Conservancy properties and forested parklands.

Living at The Forest at Spirit Mountain is a little like living in the wild... and we want it to stay that way.

Your home will be surrounded by rolling woodlands that are home to birds and wildlife. A perfect place for walks and quiet contemplation.

You will only be allowed to disturb a small area for your retreat. Homes will appear like they were magically placed in the woods.

Bluff sites overlook protected forests and the Spirt Mountain Recreation and ski area (that is... if you can see them through the trees)

This wonderful piece of nature is beautiful in different ways, all four seasons of the year.
